YajuDevStudio built the ShotBy (ShotOn) application as an Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by YajuDevStudio at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

However, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This information includes, but is not limited to:

• Device Information (Model, OS version, etc.)
• Advertising Identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
• Usage Data and Performance Metrics

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services which have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Firebase Cloud Messaging

3. Permissions Usage

Our app requests the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

• Photos/Media/Files (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used to access images on your device so you can apply "ShotOn" watermarks. We do not upload your images to any server.
• Internet Access: Required for displaying advertisements and receiving notifications via Firebase.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, there is no data for us to delete. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their respective retention policies. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

YajuDevStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the app.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of YajuDevStudio.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, YajuDevStudio expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall YajuDevStudio be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the app.
